Our core legacy utilities run locally in your browser and are provided free of charge. Syntax Labs software and content are offered "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free output. Syntax Labs is not liable for data loss, corruption, or formatting issues arising from browser limitations, third-party software crashes, or user error during processing.

You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of important files before processing them with any utility.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Syntax Labs and its author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our site, tools, or content.
